Return Policy

Return Process

We offer an easy 30 day return policy. So if within that time you decide to return it we will refund the cost of your products, less any ground shipping costs for you to ship it back. Items must be returned in like new or unused condition, include all parts, accessories, manuals and be in original packaging. If not, the return may be subject to a partial refund or a re-stocking fee (up to half the price of the products).

After 30 days and up to 90 days you will pay for return shipping and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the total purchase price. No returns are allowed after the 90 day mark. UPS will make three attempts over the next three days to pick up the heater. We recommend contacting your local UPS Dispatch Center to make arrangements for pick up to ensure UPS is able to retrieve the package at your convenience. If UPS is not able to pick up the package on either of the three attempts and you have not previously contacted them, a new shipping label will need to be issued. At that time, you will need to call us to have a new call tag issued and UPS will attempt pick up again.

Please be mindful of the following:

  • All returns must be pre-approved prior to you sending the products back, please contact us first, "blind" returns are not properly documented and may not be refunded.
  • We pay for return shipping if the return is deemed our mistake, e.g.: defective out of the box or the incorrect item was shipped (return shipping charges will be refunded in these scenarios)
  • It is up to the customer to inspect their package on delivery to insure damages didn't occur during transit. Please report any such incident immediately so we can begin the damage claim process
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • All returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging for us to process a return.
  • Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning, these products will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If a delivery is refused or undeliverable to the address provided during checkout, the customer will be charged actual shipping and brokerage charges incurred on both outbound and return shipment.

Refund Process

We'll issue the refund after we receive the returned items and process your return. In some cases refunds take as long as one month to process. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).
