No Hassle Returns
We make great products and we take care of our customers, that's what we do best. If for any reason though you need to return your heater and you purchased it within the last 30 days then contact us and we'll start the return process for you. It's just that simple. We do recommend checking your owner's manual first though to troubleshoot any issues you might be having with the heater. Perhaps our Frequently Asked Questions Page can point you in the right direction.
If a return is requested within the first 30 days then we will arrange for UPS to pick up your heater and send it back to our warehouse at no charge to you. If the return is for warranty/service related issues then we will pay for shipping pickup and delivery to and from you. After 30 days and up to 90 days the customer will pay for return shipping and is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee of the total purchase price. No returns are allowed after the 90 day mark.
Here is what we ask of you to have it ready for pickup:
1 - Original receipt, invoice or a copy of your email confirmation
2 - Have the heater boxed in it's original packaging or something very comparable to prevent the heater from getting damaged during the return process.
Return Process
Within the first 30 days, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Heater.com or would like to return it for any reason, you may call us at 1-888-355-2294 to request a return.
After a return is requested, we will issue a UPS call tag for your package. This means UPS will pick up your heater and ship it back to our warehouse at no cost to you.
UPS will make three attempts over the next three days to pick up the heater. We recommend contacting your local UPS Dispatch Center to make arrangements for pick up to ensure UPS is able to retrieve the package at your convenience.
If UPS is not able to pick up the package on either of the three attempts and you have not previously contacted them, a new shipping label will need to be issued. At that time, you will need to call us to have a new call tag issued and UPS will attempt pick up again.**
Once your heater is received at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to the method of payment you used at checkout. The tracking number for your return is available upon request.
**Please note: Customer may be responsible for shipping charges if more than two call tags must be issued for a single return.
