Three-Year Limited Warranty
The Living Well Company warrants this product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser, and under normal operating conditions, for a period of one year.
For an additional two years, The Living Well Company will warrant the fan motor and infrared heating elements against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service.
During the three-year limited warranty, The Living Well Company shall provide, at no cost to the original purchaser, heating elements and fan motor(s) as needed to service product and keep the unit in good working condition.
Return shipping costs will be paid by The Living Well Company for repairs due to warranty work or warranty service for the first 90 days. After the first 90 days, the customer shall be responsible for shipping costs in the event that the unit needs repairs or requires replacement parts.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE

All other issues for service, warranty, or problems with your heater should be addressed with the dealer where you purchased your heater. The Comfort Furnace comes with a 30-day, money-back guarantee. After the initial 30 days and up to 90 days, a 30 % restocking fee will apply. (No returns are allowed after 90 days.)
